I started making patchwork quilts and wall-hangings in 1992 and since then I’ve much enjoyed my life as a quilter and doing a bit of teaching.

My quilts have been sold, published, commissioned and since 1994 my quilts have won over 35 awards at Quilts UK, the National Quilt Championships and, in 2013 and 2015, at the World Quilt Shows in the USA.

I have City and Guilds Certificates in Machine Embroidery and in Patchwork and Quilting, and I’m a member of the British Quilters Guild, and was a founder member of Mead Quilters in Wheathampstead, Hertfordshire.

I’ve designed and made demonstration quilts/wall-hangings for the British fabric manufacturer Makower UK and contributed to the popular quilting magazines.

I especially love appliqué work, teach occasional classes and workshops,  and sometimes give talks to Quilting Groups.
